Order Modification and Cancellation

  • How can I modify/cancel my order?

    • Order modifications must be requested within 8 hours via admin@minitoolsshop.com.
    • Changes cannot be accommodated after this period.
  • What are pre - order items? Can they be canceled?

    • Pre - order items are not currently in stock.
    • Cancellations must be requested via email before order processing.

Return Policy

  • 14 - day hassle - free returns
    • Items must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered with tags and hygiene seals intact).
    • Non - compliant returns will be refused.
    • Refund amount excludes original shipping fees.

Return Process

  • Email return requests to admin@minitoolsshop.com within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (COD returns not accepted).
  • Refunds or exchanges processed upon receipt.
